Hello Mr Graham, i come with sad news, that the bug is still not fixed,
Happens to me: i am on Fedora 41, Plasma 6.2.3, KDE Frameworks 6.8.0, and QT
6.8.0
Happens on my friend's computer on Bazzite 41: Plasma 6.2.2, KDE Frameworks
6.7.0, and QT 6.8.0
Happens on my friend's other computer on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed: Plasma 6.2.80,
KDE Frameworks 6.9.0, QT 6.8.0
Dragging the first icon appears to work normally, but as soon as you try moving
another icon, it does the exact same bug again.
