Hey, I'm seeing this happen in Plasma 6.2.2 on openSUSE Tumbleweed. It happens
whenever I connect my Scarlett Solo audio interface after logging in, though
only when the output device is set to the Scarlett instead of my HDMI output.
Note that I'm running on a laptop, with an external monitor connected.
