SUMMARY
The screen recording icon is completely transparent in the panel. It does take
space in the panel and clicking it does stop the recording though. And yes,
tried with the Breeze icon theme as well with the same result.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open spectacle
2. Start screen recording
