This would make a certain amount of sense once we have a combined "Mouse &
Touchpad" page, and then we could put the single/double-click setting there
too.
Until then, I don't think this makes sense because it's not a mouse setting,
it's a pointing device setting, and touchpads are pointing devices too, which
means we'd have to have the setting duplicated in three places, and that's not
ideal.
