Combining the KCMs would give us a place to locate settings that are specific
to all pointing devices in general. For example:
- Single-double-click
- "Clicking on the scrollbar track" behavior
- Middle-click paste
- Double-click interval
- Shake mouse (as a second place to find it, in addition to the Accessibility
KCM)
This would let us de-clutter the "General Behavior" KCM, with the eventual goal
of moving all its settings elsewhere and then deleting it.
