Thanks for the bug report. I can see from the screen recording what you are
talking about.
I'm not able to replicate the first problem - Dolphin having the navigation bar
be in edit mode when started (on git-master). I have a couple of questions:
1. Can you describe a little more what you mean by "Press the V button on two
tabs to change their appearance." Or maybe attach a screenshot?
2. Do you have any plugins for Dolphin installed (through Settings - Configure
Dolphin - Context Menu)?
