I realized i missed the most important repro step here.
One has to play at leads one content that actually uses hw accel on discord.
Which would be videos from Youtube posted in a chat.

Do you really think it is intentional, because when i dont do the above VRR
doesnt kick in, which is a way better experience than this jumpy mess.
