            Bug ID: 495751
Summary: It is not possible for a few months now to update the
system (not installed software but system files /
                    updates)
    Classification: KDE Neon
           Product: neon
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Neon
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED

The error window

SUMMARY

If you try to update the system, it doesn't work because (I was told this by an
expert) it seems that the problem is caused by only one packet which is without
identificator.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Try to update the system updates
3. After restart you get error "Error while installing package: 0.0000"

OBSERVED RESULT

After restart the system should update its core components and that usually
takes time, but for some time now it doesn't (I immediately get to desktop) and
I get the error in notification window.

EXPECTED RESULT

After restart the system should update its core components and that usually
takes time.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.1.0
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version: 6.7.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The computer is connected to the Internet after reboot, so this info in the
error window is wrong. The problem is that because of this one packet I don't
get the system updates and the number of not installed updates is just rising
over time.
