            Bug ID: 495577
Summary: RFE: Destination folder is not created if needed
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kdeconnect
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: plasmoid
          Assignee: albertv...@gmail.com
          Reporter: ptsel...@outlook.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When we configure KDE Connect and the the Share and Receive plugin, we can use
the %1 at the destination path, with %1 being the source's device name.
However, if the path doesn't exists, the plugin isn't creating it, without any
warning or indication that the path should exist.

What would be ideal is the KDE Connect to check if the destination directory
exists and if not to either create it, or request user's permission to create
it. In case the destination folder doesn't exists (eg ~/Downloads/MyPhone), you
see the "receiving" files pop up without any notification that the files are
actually not saved.

Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.7.3
