I am affected by this as well. Whenever I try to upload a file to a Chromium
PWA (f.i. Google Drive as a Edge PWA) I get an error saying that the file is
empty (or that it does not exist).
Is this a bug in Kwin really? Or is it a misconfigured web browser? I'm on
Wayland
