SUMMARY
When clicking on the scroll bar for all the settings categories the search bar
is activated.
If one has a virtual keyboard enabled this results in it getting activated and
stuff jumping around

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable a virtual keyboard (such as https://invent.kde.org/apol/qvk)
2. Open the settings and click on the scrollbar

OBSERVED RESULT
The search field receives keyboard focus, enabling the virtual keyboard and
messing up scrollbar/mouse cursor position

EXPECTED RESULT
The search field should not receive input
