You can try to switch between the windows ink and wintab api in Krita's
settings. But since I cannot reproduce this on my win 10 yoga 9i with the
built-in pen, there is a chance that it's a bug in the pen driver, it is highly
unlikely that it is actually a bug in Krita itself.
