This bug report was requesting it specifically for the Lock/Logout widget,
which was done. If you'd like to report a bug or feature request with a
different component, please open a new Bugzilla ticket for it, and mention its
number in the See Also field of this one.
That said, the "Show Logout Screen" option in the context menu should do
exactly what you want.
