After second time when I plug off and plug in HDMI cable then all is fine. My laptop is connected to external monitor (27") via HDMI. When starting, lid is closed. And now when I plasma finished its start (all windows are restored) I plug off HDMI cable and open lid. I can see mess on the desktop (on builtin display), I mean all windows are very much decreased. Now I resize windows, connect again HDMI cable and all seems look good.
