Secondly, you can add clips to an existing group by selecting the group, hold Shift and select the clip, then right-click and select Group Clips. However, taking only one clip or several clips out of a group is indeed more complicated as it involves ungrouping every clip and then selecting those again that need to stay in the group and group them again.
