SUMMARY
When I click remove on the a VPN config file, the dialog box that supposed to
say remove does not show up correctly (see screenshot)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a VPN config
2. Click on it, authenticate if you lack permission
3. Click X icon under to remove it

OBSERVED RESULT
No removal dialog shows up

EXPECTED RESULT
It should have shows up

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I suspect because the removal dialog shows up inside the ksettings instead of a
separate dialog box so this would happen/
