On the other hand, I've also noticed that Kdenlive uses QML context properties, per what the traces show, and that is discouraged by the Qt documentation (https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtqml-cppintegration-contextproperties.html) due to the many issues that arise, like lack of support from qmllint and qmlls. I've tried using regular properties like what the docs suggest and it kinda worked, though I see that your commit did the job nonetheless.
