SUMMARY
Randomly when hovering over menu categories the applications will flash visible
then disappear. Sometimes after a few minutes the menu returns to normal
operation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over various menu categories
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu applications disappear from menu
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu applications should remain visible for selection
