Missing Create Folder option
SUMMARY
When right clicking and selecting Create New, only a list of the files appear.
There is no option to create a new folder, or text file,etc....
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-Click in pane in empty space, hover over Create New
2. Or Select Menu -> Create New
OBSERVED RESULT
A File listing of folders and files appears
EXPECTED RESULT
Option to create new folder, files should appaear
