Hi, I am able to get the same effect as you, but I believe this is not a bug
but a misuse of the brush.
The "t) Shapes Fill" brush is used to create filled shapes when drawing with
Freehand Brush Tool.
If you want to draw a perfect filled ellipse using the Ellipse Tool, you should
use a Pixel Engine brush such as "b) Basic-1".
In order to get a filled ellipse, select the ellipse too, show the "Tool
Settings" docker and set the Fill option to Foreground Color. See the
screenshot attachment.
