Okay, with that the orientation sensor would have to report the device to not
be rotated, instead of "right up" - it's supposed to be relative to the device,
not relative to the display. It most likely was done that way because software
in userspace (like Plasma 5) didn't handle the display being rotated, but it's
not correct.
Please report this to whatever kernel driver is responsible for your auto
rotate sensor
