That is both inconsistent with the conventions for effectively all tree-based applications, and within Digikam itself. Im not talking about the root content folder, to which you can actually copy/move to/from. Im talking about the parent root node. That cannot be collapsed via a mouse click (right click etc)- only by a drag-over/hold. This is again inconsistent with convention and with Digikam itself. A right click on any normal node shows window with options like expand/collapse tree.
