SUMMARY
this bug didn't happen before the plasma 6.2 update. after upgrading, it began
to happen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login into a wayland session with your credentials
2. plasma shows the animation as it loads the desktop
3. audio plays but suddenly gets muted + takes way too long to load.
OBSERVED RESULT
it should let the session login audio play as normal, regardless the lengh of
it, and it shouldn't take too long to show the desktop. normally it takes just
3 seconds, now it takes up to 9 - 10 seconds.
EXPECTED RESULT
plasma plays the session login audio normally, and takes a short time to show
the desktop.
