SUMMARY
When setting a PNG image with transparent background, there's no way to define
that this is transparent and no background should be shown.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a PNG file with transparency
2. Try to set the background transparent/notdrawn
3. The background is drawn and transparency is not activated
OBSERVED RESULT
The image has no transparency
EXPECTED RESULT
The image should be transparent in the transparent parts
In the past there are too many references that this was the case in previous
versions. But not in latest?
