Thank you for the bug report, and the screen recording. I see the problem
you're having.
I'm not able to reproduce this on Dolphin with Plasma 6.1.5 or on Dolphin built
from git-master on Plasma git-master. I notice that you have translucency in
the window borders. Did you set the effect through Settings - Desktop Effects?
Also, can you let us know if you're using a custom theme, and what you are
using under Window Decorations?
