SUMMARY
A little annoyance every time opening the applet and see this line "Not
available" in the interface.
Has no idea what it is for either, what exactly is not available?
My opinion is that if certain information is not available, then better do not
show the message, because that probably not very useful for common user.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set your location to "Melbourne, Australia, AU" from BBC weather.
2. Open the applet.
OBSERVED RESULT
See the line "Not available" in the interface.
EXPECTED RESULT
Not seeing it.
