SUMMARY
Can't activate LSP client on Kubuntu 24.04.1
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Configure Kate -> Settings -> Plugins on fresh Kubuntu installation
OBSERVED RESULT
No LSP client plugin
EXPECTED RESULT
Option to activate LSP plugin in Plugins menu
