Since this is "resolved" should I open a new bug report? I'm getting the same
issue where ~/.config/kwinoutputconfig.json is getting clobbered on the first
login after boot, and it changes the screen modes, positions, and priorities.
I'm working around it by having this in a startup script:
kscreen-doctor output.DP-6.mode.2560x1440@165 output.DP-5.mode.3840x2160@120
output.DP-6.position.0,1440 output.DP-4.position.0,0
output.DP-5.position.2560,277 output.DP-6.priority.1 output.DP-4.priority.2
