SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. While in notifications application settings I made a change to discover
(show notifications badge - toggled off) clicked apply. while this window
remained open proceed to #2
2. Click notifications icon by itself
3. plasma crashed and desktop recovered
