STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open link1, play video and make sure video volume is at 100%. 
2. In the application volume panel, Firefox is shown to be playing at 100%.
3. Open link2, play video and make sure video volume is at 100%.
4. In the application volume panel, Firefox is shown to be playing at 48% (or
at least not 100% like it's supposed to).

OBSERVED RESULT
Widget volume slider doesn't match the media actual volume level.
