Lowering the accuracy a little more should pick up most of the other faces. I strongly recommend that you when drop the accuracy below 50 with "Extra Small" faces you only scan for faces on a single image, or a folder with only a few images to limit the number of false positives. If you lower the accuracy to 40 or 45 in the settings and then go back to the folder with the image, you can right click on the image and select "Scan for faces". Does that get them all?
