Very likely related to the old systemd version on those distros (though not on
Devuan, which will be experiencing a different issue), whose autostart code
that we're using was known to be flaky. Can affected folks on Neon upgrade to
the new Neon based on Ubuntu 24.04 and see if that has fixed the issue for
them? Thanks!
