SUMMARY
Application Dashboard doesn't show app tooltips
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Show alternatives on menu launcher and select Application Dashboard
2. Click to open launcher
3. Put cursor over any app on any category
OBSERVED RESULT
It only shows a little vertical line but no text.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip showing description as in Plasma 6.1.5.
