The opposite happened: In Plasma 5, KWIn ignored the panel orientation
property, but in Plasma 6 it's used for auto rotation. So either the panel
orientation or the orientation sensor could be wrong. To check which one it is,
please attach the output of
> drm_info
and
> kscreen-doctor
and
> monitor-sensor
all with the device in the same orientation
