Video showing no tablet input on Task Switcher

SUMMARY
With a tablet pen it is not possible to interact with the Task Switcher

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a tablet connected
2. Press Alt+Tab to bring up the Task Switcher
3. Using the tablet cursor, try to select a window within the switcher

OBSERVED RESULT
The tablet cursor stops at the end of the window, and does not allow any
interaction with Task Switcher. See attached video.
If the cursor is already on top of the Task Switcher when it appears, it cannot
be moved.

EXPECTED RESULT
It is possible to use the tablet cursor to interact within the Task Switcher

This affects all Task Switcher visualisations. In the case of the full-screen
Flip-Switch visualisation I am no longer able to move the cursor at all.
