Drag'n'don't hahaha
SUMMARY
Unable to drag'n'drop icons in launcher. Video attached.
Identical behaviour appeared in dolphin, and task manager widget, along with
this. I suspect this is a bug elsewhere, likely kwin?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to plasma 6.2
2. Try to re-arrange icons in launcher
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor changes (seemingly randomly, sometimes sticking that way) and icon
cannot be moved
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon can be moved
