Do you have an NVIDIA and are you using the proprietary driver? If so, since
the proprietary driver is explicitly unsupported in Neon, know that you are on
your own here, and it's your responsibility to set up everything correctly; see
https://community.kde.org/Distributions/Packaging_Recommendations#Proprietary_NVidia_driver_configuration.
So can you verify you've done all those things and then try again?
