Hi, sorry to hear you have trouble.
Can you see what the crash handler says and copy it here? You should be able to
open krunner when plasmashell is crashed, if you can see windows opening.
Default shortcut for krunner is "Alt+shift+f2" and you can use it to open web
browser. Then you should be able to copy the items from the crash handler to
here, if you click on the "developer information" button in the handler.
You may have to wait for a while when it gathers the crash information though.
