STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings -> Colors & Themes -> Cursors
2. Click on the Size dropdown menu -> BUG
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor size dropdown menu is cutoff when you first open it

All cursor sizes are correctly displayed
