SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install russian locale
2. Open systemsettings
3. Check "Quick Settings"
OBSERVED RESULT
Wrong composition in "Quick Settings"
Inscriptions "Расширенные параметры оформления" and "Расширенные параметры
поведения" too long and all other elemets not in the center but moved right
