SUMMARY
I am having some graphics glitches when using KDE on Wayland on my Laptop

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make something on the desktop or in an App move or play a video

OBSERVED RESULT
parts of the screen starts having pixelated colorful squares (like in the
picture)

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 202410006
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.7.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Happened once on X as well about a month ago while playing Minecraft
Tested Fedora KDE and OpenSUSE Tumbleweed KDE
Happens on older versions of KDE 6 as well (non-updated Fedora 40 for example)
Windows 11 doesn't seem to have this issue
Dual-booting Windows 11 and OpenSUSE currently, but also happens on a non Dual
boot
