This was changed to have more space for the "numeral system view", so the
converted numbers do't get elided (most of the time), see also
https://develop.kde.org/hig/getting_input/, in this case we have 4 options and
not much space with the current layout, for now we will leave it as it is,
some refactoring of the component would be required to accommodate this and
probably won't happen soon.
