I double checked that I was pinning the specific browser from Task manager but
it is possible the swaparoo was still happening due to change in the default
browser - I have now explicitly set Firefox as the default and the issue has
not reoccurred - not sure if something fixed it or was just a one off - either
way closing it since I can't reproduce it anymore. Thanks!
