I figured out what caused this issue, and what caused this issue shouldn't
have, at least there should have been better logging, I made a nix script which
copies a icon zip or whatever format into a directory, some kde directory for
icons, it ends in this:
share/icons/uos-fulldistro-icons

I think it was under .var or /usr/
anyways, there was no reason for me to think that this caused my multimonitor
issues, here is the full nix script as I tried to package a new icon theme from
my distro, at some point ill attach a backtrace and then a fix is probably
needed or better logging to identify icons which aren't properly installed.
