I found out what the cause is, I have a dummy hdmi display plugged into my gpu so that when my monitor is off i can still remote into my pc using moonlight + sunshine. The problem is that even when im not remoting in, for some reason the overview (and notifications aswell) all go to the dummy display even though it is not set as the primary display in my settings. I believe this is a bug, since overview, panels, notifications etc... should all show on the primary display?
