I just updated to Plasma 6.1.5 today, and I still experienced the issue. I also tried setting the KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=0 right after I rebooted, and only then restoring my Edge windows. I still experienced the issue. If you're suggesting that I set the environment variable in a more permanent way than just typing KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=0 in the command line, please let me know how.
