STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings > users > Configure Fingerprint Authentication…
2. Go through the process of enrolling a new finger
3. Once on the "Finger Enrolled" page, click Done
OBSERVED RESULT
The list of fingerprints is shown with no fingers in it, and also no
placeholder message.
EXPECTED RESULT
The list of fingerprints shows all enrolled fingers (or at least the last
enrolled finger, until Bug 493977 is fixed).
