Fedora seems to be missing the X11 integration for KIdleTime, so idle detection
doesn't work on X11.
This is because Fedora 40+ doesn't officially support Plasma X11, so
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kf6-kidletime/c/063bdd3c53fb2aba41650185ea359398c4e2378d
dropped the X11 support in KIdleTime
