SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a panel on top - order from left: Application Menu, Global Menu and so
on
2. Use a fullscreen app (in this case World of Tanks using Lutris)
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Application Menu randomly getting focused kicking user out of their fullscreen
application
EXPECTED RESULT
Stay in fullscreen application until e.g I Alt-Tab

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The issue stopped happening once I assigned some shortcut in "Keyboard
Shortcuts" section in my example it was Num 1 + Num 2
