I am using Manjaro 16.10 with Plasma 5.8.4 and a Wacom touchscreen. The Folder
View plasmoid does not accept touchscreen input, regardless of how it is
configured, while other plasmoids work as expected.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a Folder View plasmoid anywhere on the desktop or in a panel.
2. Attempt to select or open an item using a touchscreen.
Actual Results:
The plasmoid does not register a click or display hover feedback.
Expected Results:
The plasmoid responds to the touchscreen the same as it would with a mouse or
touchpad.
